Cocktail with fresh egg
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. This original cocktail with fresh egg can be made quickly and effortlessly at home, even by a beginner bartender. Especially since there are no overly complicated ingredients here. For example, I often successfully substitute lime juice with pomegranate juice. The key to this cocktail is a sour base and creamy aftertaste (thanks to the thick foam from the egg white). So feel free to experiment as you like. Good luck! The drink is ready to serve.
Instructions

Step 1

1. The gin and juices should be at room temperature. So we wait until they warm up slightly. Separate the egg white from the yolk.

Step 2

2. Mix gin, lime juice, and soda water in a glass. Beat the egg with lemon juice using a mixer until you get a thick white foam. The longer you beat, the better.

Step 3

3. Quickly pour this whipped mixture into the cocktail, and only add ice when serving—it tastes better with ice, but the foam will settle quickly.
