Layered cocktail
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Preparing a layered cocktail requires careful and slow movements. One mistake and the layers may mix, ruining all your efforts. It's also important to have a bar spoon, which will make pouring the liquids into the glass easier. 1. The first layer at the bottom will be Sambuca. Carefully pour it into the glass. 2. Prepare the cream liqueur and pour it next using the spoon. Do this slowly and carefully so the layer settles evenly. 3. Gently pour Absinthe next. 4. Finally, add Grenadine. There's a little trick to distribute it through all the layers: use a straw, cover the top end with your finger, insert it into the glass, then slowly release your finger to let the liquid flow down. 5. If you enjoy a flaming drink, simply light the cocktail on fire at home and drink it quickly after about half a minute. This beautiful layered cocktail, usually made only by professional bartenders, can now appear in your kitchen. With a little effort, patience, and precision, you'll succeed. Serve chilled.
