Cocktail
Description
Another classic cocktail without which the world would be a little different. Even if you've never heard of this drink, we recommend trying it at your first opportunity—or even better, making it yourself. The drink is ready to serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash the mint, shake off excess water, and finely chop.
- 2
Step 2

Cut lemon or lime into thin slices, using 1-2 pieces per cocktail.
- 3
Step 3

Place water and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring the syrup to a boil. Add chopped mint, keep on heat for a few more seconds, then remove from the stove and let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour.

Step 4

Meanwhile, place 8 glasses in the refrigerator. After an hour, pour 120 grams of bourbon and a quarter cup of mint syrup into each chilled glass. Garnish each glass with a separate mint leaf, a slice of lemon or lime, add a straw, and serve the drinks to your waiting guests!
