Pear milkshake
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Milkshakes in summer, during hot weather, are simply indispensable. I especially like the pear one because it has an incredibly smooth consistency and a very delicate aroma. It also turns out not too sweet and not overly sour, which I really appreciate :) Perfect for scorching July afternoon snacks—just what you need. Anyway, here's how to make it. Ready to serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash the pears, dry them, and peel.
- 2
Step 2

Cut each into several pieces, remove the core.
- 3
Step 3

If the pears are very ripe and soft, just put the pieces into the blender and press the "Start" button :). Firmer pears should first be boiled for about 10 minutes in sweetened water (you can add star anise, cloves, cardamom, etc.), then cooled down before blending.
- 4
Step 4

Finely chop the kiwi.
- 5
Step 5

Add kiwi, sugar, cold milk, ice cream, cinnamon, and vanilla to the pears. Blend at high speed until a smooth, fluffy mixture forms—about 1 minute.
- 6
Step 6

Pour the ready pear milkshake into glasses. You can sprinkle with grated chocolate, and decorate with fruit pieces, fresh berries, and mint leaves.
