Peach puree cocktail
Description
This colorful drink will surely delight ladies, who will surely want more, so be sure to buy several bottles of champagne in advance and chill them in the refrigerator. The cocktail is not prepared ahead of time—its effervescence from the champagne is what makes it special. In winter, you can make the drink using canned peaches.

Prepare the listed ingredients. For 1 serving of the cocktail, you will need 1 peach and 150 ml of champagne, 1 ice cube, and 1 tsp of granulated sugar. Chill the champagne in the refrigerator beforehand.

Wash the peaches and remove the skin, then cut the flesh into small pieces into a small dish or directly into the blender container. A jar blender is best for making cocktails.

Place the pulp in a bowl together with ice, add granulated sugar. You can optionally use floral honey if its aroma is not too strong and pungent.

Pour about 50 ml of champagne and blend the contents of the bowl into a puree. Do not add the entire amount of champagne at once, otherwise pieces of peach will float in your drink.

After the purée is ready, pour in the remaining alcohol. Blend the cocktail for 1-2 minutes on pulse mode.
