
Bishop Cocktail
Description
Some gourmets claim that this drink was very popular among clergy a couple of centuries ago, while others argue that its color resembled bishops' attire. Whatever the case, don't miss the chance to try the "Bishop" cocktail and treat all your friends to it. Serve chilled.

1. Choose the ripest and juiciest oranges with the brightest color.

2. Cut two oranges into thin slices and place them in a saucepan.

3. Add red wine, sugar, cloves, anise, and cinnamon to the same saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil over low heat. Immediately after boiling, reduce the heat to the lowest setting and simmer for another 2 minutes.

4. Cool the prepared mixture and place it in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours to infuse.

5. After the specified time, pour the wine into a clear bowl and even squeeze it out from the orange slices. Add port wine to the drink.
