Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. Aperol can be replaced with the more common Campari. They differ in bitterness. These are herbal drinks made from extracts of roots and plant leaves by infusion. Their alcohol content can reach up to 50%, but there are bitters with alcohol content of 6-20%. In our case, Aperol has an alcohol content of 11%.

Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making an Aperol cocktail. Place the serving glass in the freezer to chill.

Place ice into a chilled glass and pour in the Aperol.

Pour prosecco and soda water into a glass. Add an orange slice to the glass for decoration, insert a straw, and serve immediately.
