Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. The name itself already paints a picture — the sun is rising, a couple is returning home after a wild party, and rather than going to bed, they make themselves a refreshing cocktail.

Step 1
Prepare the ice for the cocktail in advance—it should be in large chunks so that no more than three pieces fit into the glass; only this way will you get the cocktail at the right temperature.

Traditionally, tall and straight glasses are used for this cocktail; professionals call these glasses "Collins."

Pour rum, tequila, brandy, vodka, and gin into a shaker. Shake well.

Place ice cubes into the bottom of a glass. Pour in half of the schnapps. Then gently add the alcoholic mixture from the shaker and top up the glass with the remaining schnapps. The cocktail is ready. It can be garnished with an apple slice or a tiny orange slice on a toothpick.
