Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. The filling for kokroks can be absolutely any, they are made with both vegetable and fruit fillings. I suggest making kokroks with apples. If you don’t have yeast at home but really want pastries, then this recipe is definitely for you! It will be very tasty. Can be served with tea or coffee.

    In a deep bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, salt, and egg.

    Stir and add the flour in parts.

    Knead a soft dough. Gather it into a ball, cover, and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.

    Peel the apples, cut them into cubes, and place them in a deep plate.

    Bake the apples in the microwave at maximum power for about 5 minutes. The time depends on the apple variety. The apples need to be stirred a couple of times. The same method can be used to prepare apples in a skillet, simmering them until soft for a few minutes.

    Divide the dough into 8–12 pieces, depending on the desired size of the pirozhki.
