
Coconut sponge cake in a multicooker
Description
The recipe will not take much of your time. The scent of coconut will fill the kitchen while this treat is baking. If you like a crisp-golden sponge, serve it flipped upside down on a plate. You can turn this base into a delicious cake or small pastries. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Crack chicken eggs into the bowl of a food processor or mixer, and add sugar and salt to the same bowl. Beat everything at the highest speed of the appliance for 3–5 minutes.

When the egg mixture has turned white and tripled in volume, add the sifted wheat flour.

After adding the flour, put the shredded coconut into the bowl. Do not add vanilla sugar or baking powder! Gently fold in the dry ingredients with a silicone spatula.

Grease the pan with butter, including the sides.

Pour the sponge batter into the mould and level the surface. On the appliance display, turn on Baking mode for 50 minutes and close the appliance lid. You can tend to other things.

After the audible signal, carefully crack open the appliance lid and let the steam escape, then remove the bowl.
