Place the coconut milk, cream, and sugar in a saucepan. Mix and heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.

In a cup, mix water and gelatin. Heat slightly (30 seconds in the microwave is enough) and stir until the gelatin dissolves.

Using a whisk, mix the butter mixture with the gelatin.

Pour into cups and place in the refrigerator.

When the jelly has set, all you need to do is cut the mango into cubes and place them on top of the jelly. It's ready to serve.
