Description

Kokand halva is considered a traditional Uzbek sweet. This treat is delicious, has an amazing taste, and even serves as a base for plov in Uzbekistan. It is also popular in the Middle and Near East. The main ingredients of halva are honey or sugar, while the add-ins can vary widely. Nuts, seeds, sesame, dates, corn, and even carrots—these can all be added according to personal taste. Many types of halva are considered snacks or served as desserts.

    Take a deep frying pan and melt the butter in it.

    Sift the flour, gradually add it to the oil, stirring constantly. Fry until brown.

    Pour milk into another container, bring it to a boil. Add sugar and stir until it dissolves.
