Coffee cake in a multicooker
Description
The baking is simple and quick. In this case, my multicooker saves me. I just put in all the necessary ingredients for the batter, previously mixed — and the cake layer is ready. You can also make a light cream. That's exactly the kind of pastry I made. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Beat the eggs with 5 tablespoons of sugar using a mixer until a fluffy foam forms.
- 2
Step 2

Dissolve the coffee in water. Add it to the eggs along with the sour cream and baking soda, continuing to beat at a low speed.
- 3
Step 3

At the end, add the flour and knead the dough. Grease the bottom of the multicooker and pour the dough into it.
- 4
Step 4

Set the "Baking" mode for 50 minutes. Let the finished cake cool.
- 5
Step 5

For the cream, mix sour cream with sugar until smooth. Cut the cakes in half lengthwise and spread the cream between the layers.
- 6
Step 6

Let the cake soak in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
