Description
This colorful adult drink is easy and simple to prepare using common ingredients. The "Gogol-mogol" turns out layered and frothy, with a bright coffee flavor. By the way, you can cool the coffee in advance and make a chilled version of this drink during summer.

Add coffee to the Turkish coffee pot, pour in water, and brew aromatic coffee for 2-3 minutes. Let the coffee cool for about 15-20 minutes.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks by cracking the chicken eggs. Beat the yolks with sugar for about 3-4 minutes. You can add vanilla sugar or another flavoring.
