Chocolate coffee muffins

Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. This is a very simple recipe for chocolate coffee muffins. That's why I can easily make them for breakfast on weekends. By the time my family wakes up, washes up, and comes running from the smell, the muffins will be ready. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate and butter. Mix until smooth, then remove from heat.

2. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with sugar. Without stopping, add flour, coffee, and baking powder. Then pour in the chocolate mixture and mix well.

3. Place into molds, decorate as you like. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven.
