Coffee with syrup
Description
A bright, unforgettable aroma of coffee with syrup will lift your mood from the very morning, especially if you have mint syrup on hand. You can make it yourself using the recipe on the website or buy it at any store or supermarket. Warm milk—regular or frothed into a thick foam using a press or mixer—can be added to the coffee optionally. Adjust the ratio of ground coffee to water according to your taste. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. You can use any type of coffee; instant coffee is also fine, but make sure it has no added flavorings.
- 2
Step 2

Add ground coffee of any variety and sugar to a saucepan or pot. If you have a coffee machine or coffee maker available, prepare this aromatic drink in it according to your taste.
- 3
Step 3

Pour in the warm water and place the container on the stove. Bring to a boil, carefully watching for foam formation, otherwise it will overflow onto the stove. Turn off the heat.
- 4
Step 4

Pour the freshly brewed coffee into the cup or cups, glasses in which you will serve the drink at the table.
- 5
Step 5

Add 1 teaspoon of mint syrup to each cup. Stir and taste the drink. If you have a sweet tooth, add a little more sugar. You can omit the sugar entirely if desired, as the mint syrup is very sweet.
- 6
Step 6

Warm milk of any fat content, but do not bring to a boil. Pour about 50 ml into each cup.
- 7
Step 7

Serve aromatic coffee at the table, and each person can stir the drink in their own cup.
