Coffee with milk
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you prefer strong coffee, reduce the amount of water. The coffee portion is always the same—8 grams, which is one tablespoon of ground coffee beans. The strength is adjusted with water: ristretto—20 ml of water, espresso—40 ml of water, americano—80 ml of water. Never boil coffee, as it loses its wonderful aroma and beneficial properties. Instead, bring it to a boil several times, then let it sit for a while to allow the sediment to settle. Add sugar to taste, or omit it entirely. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. I grind the coffee beans right before preparing to get the most aromatic drink!
- 2
Step 2

Pour cold water into the Turkish coffee pot, add sugar and coffee. Mix.
- 3
Step 3

Bring to a "cap" over low heat, which means the coffee should not boil, but only begin to form a light foam on the surface just before boiling. Remove from heat, wait until the foam settles, then bring to a boil again. Do not boil or cook the beverage. Remove from heat and let it stand for a while so the sediment can settle.

Step 4

Pour the coffee into a cup.

Step 5

Add the warmed milk.

Step 6

Coffee with milk is ready!

Step 7

Enjoy your fragrant drink. I really like coffee with milk not hot, but well chilled, so I add a couple of ice cubes. Have a nice day!
