Warsaw-style coffee

Description

The drink is quick and easy to prepare. The coffee journey across Europe began in the mid-17th century. The first coffeehouse appeared in Venice, followed by the English who became coffee connoisseurs. Then this noble beverage reached Italy, later Austria by the end of the century, and finally, in the early 18th century, arrived in Poland. The nobility gladly embraced this fashionable new ritual. However, the slightly bitter taste did not particularly appeal to the aristocrats. The chefs of noble households ingeniously, in their opinion, solved the flaw of this new drink, making it soft, delicate, and uniquely delicious. This recipe was long kept secret. Now Kava Smetanka, as it is originally called, has become widely accessible. Here it is— the drink is ready to serve.
