Swiss-style iced coffee

Description

Cool the hot coffee. Bring half a pot of water to a boil. Break the chocolate into a bowl, place the bowl into the pot, and melt the chocolate. Remove from the stove. Mix together the coffee, chocolate, and cinnamon. Prepare whipped cream. Add a few ice cubes to a tall, thick-walled glass, pour in the coffee and chocolate mixture, then top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. The drink is ready to serve.
