Polish-style coffee can be prepared anytime and anywhere, without any special equipment—for example, on a train or in the office. See the step-by-step recipe for how to make it. For this method, it's best to use finely ground coffee. Serve it chilled.

Prepare the ingredients.

First, preheat the cup in which you will brew the coffee. To do this, pour boiling water into it, cover with a saucer, and wait for 1-2 minutes.

Drain the water, then add coffee using 1 teaspoon (heaped) per 100 ml of water.

Pour in boiling water, which should be approximately 95 degrees.

Cover the cup with the lid again and let the coffee steep for 3-5 minutes.

If desired, add sugar, cream, or anything you like to your coffee. Coffee prepared this way has a bright flavor and aroma, revealing all the subtle taste notes. It has a beautiful crema and is very invigorating.
