Coffee
Description
Colorful coffee can be served in the morning on weekdays or on February 14th, Valentine's Day. It's quick and easy to prepare—just make sure to thoroughly heat the cream before whipping. You can draw the heart with other sweet spices. Serve chilled.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Use any coffee variety you prefer. If you like ground coffee, you will need to brew it in a cezve or Turkish pot.

Pour the coffee into wide cups or glasses.

Add granulated sugar. If you prefer coffee without sugar, simply remove it from the list of ingredients. You can also use a sugar substitute or floral honey to taste.

Boil water in a kettle and brew the coffee. If using ground coffee, brew it in a saucepan on the stove.

Heat the cream in the microwave or in a saucepan on the stove until almost boiling. Then pour it into a French press and whisk by moving the plunger up and down. Alternatively, you can whisk the hot cream with a hand mixer or another suitable gadget. Keep in mind that only hot cream will whip properly, otherwise you won't get a thick foam that holds its shape. Pour the whipped cream into cups and top with foam.

Cut a heart shape out of paper and sprinkle ground cinnamon through a sieve over the cups using the stencil. A heart shape will appear on the foam. Serve the coffee immediately to your loved ones after preparation.
