Strawberries in chocolate with pistachios

Description

Place the chocolate in a bowl and set it over a saucepan of boiling water to create a double boiler. Stir until the chocolate melts, about 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Lay out a sheet of parchment paper. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, then sprinkle with chopped pistachios. Chill the strawberries in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes, but no more than 1 hour, to prevent condensation from forming on the chocolate.
