Description

Step 1

Before starting the preparation, gather all the necessary ingredients. Rinse the berries in cold water, dry them with a towel, and leave them to air-dry completely.

Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler — place the chocolate in a glass and set it in hot water. Gradually, it will begin to melt.

Prepare a sheet of parchment paper to place the chocolate-covered berries on.
- 5
Step 5

The chocolate melted and became sufficiently liquid.

- 7
Step 7

Dip all the berries like this.
- 8
Step 8

For decoration, you can use white chocolate. Place it in a piping bag and dip into hot water to melt.
- 9
Step 9

Make a small cut in the pastry bag and decorate the berries.
