Step 1

1. First of all, we'll prepare the cookies. They need to be crushed. It's very simple. Put the cookies into a plastic bag, tie it up, and tap it with a wooden mallet. After 2-3 minutes, you'll have the desired crumb.

Step 2

2. Place the crumbs into a separate bowl and add one tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Now mix this mixture well.

Step 3

3. The next step in our preparation is the creamy-sour cream filling. For this, we'll need a mixer. Mix sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, then beat with a mixer. By the way, if you don't have vanilla extract on hand, you can replace it with honey or syrup.

Step 4

4. Take a separate container and whip the cream with a mixer until it becomes fluffy and foamy. Transfer the whipped cream into the sour cream filling and gently mix the ingredients together with a spatula.

Step 5

5. Sort the strawberries, remove the stems, and rinse them. Now cut the strawberries into large pieces, sprinkle with a little sugar, and let sit for about 5 minutes.

Step 6

6. The crucial moment. We start assembling our dessert. Prepare wide glasses. Place one teaspoon of crumbs at the bottom of each.

Step 7

7. Place 2 tablespoons of the sour cream-butter filling on the crumb mixture. Next, add the strawberries. Place several pieces.

Step 8

8. Repeat all layers once more. Sprinkle the top with crumbs and decorate with mint sprigs. Now just wait for the blessed moment—about 2 hours—because that's how long the dessert should chill in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
