Strawberries for winter without boiling

Description

Homemade preserves keep for a long time. This is an excellent preservation option when you have lots of berries, jam has already been made, or there is little sugar in the house. Such berries can simply be eaten after thawing, made into puree, used to make compote, or used in baking. Refreezing is not recommended, so it is better to prepare them in small containers—you can use disposable salad containers or zip bags. The preserve is ready for winter storage.
