Strawberries for Winter Without Sugar
Description
A simple way to prepare food ahead. We'll preserve strawberries for winter without sugar at home. Sort through the strawberries and wash them thoroughly. Pack the strawberries into a sterilized jar and place it on a water bath. As the berries heat up, they will settle; add more fresh berries until the strawberries have fully settled. Then seal the jars with lids and turn them upside down to cool. Store the strawberries in a pantry that is always dark and slightly cool. Good luck. Serve at the table or keep in the pantry.
