Description

The recipe won't take much time. The strawberry jelly cake is quite easy to prepare and requires only a few ingredients: eggs, flour, sugar, vanilla, 2 cups of strawberries, strawberry jelly, and vanilla. Actually, you can use either fresh or canned strawberries for this cake. If you have strawberry jam at home, that will work perfectly. Use one cup of the syrup for the filling, and the berries from the jar for decoration. It will still taste delicious. Good luck! Serve chilled.

    In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with sugar, then add flour sifted with vanilla sugar. Mix thoroughly, then pour the batter into a greased springform pan and bake in the oven until done. Let the cake cool completely.

    Whisk yogurt with sugar. Blend strawberries using a blender and add to the yogurt. Soak gelatin in water, heat it, cool it down, then pour into the yogurt. Mix everything thoroughly, add a little vanilla, and refrigerate to cool slightly.

    After the yogurt filling has slightly set, pour it over the puff and return it to the refrigerator. While the filling is chilling, prepare the strawberry jelly according to the instructions and let it cool to room temperature. Once the filling on the puff has fully set, place whole strawberries on top.
