The drink is quick and easy to prepare. A smooth, velvety beverage made from fragrant summer berries. It's best to use fresh berries; cocktails made from frozen strawberries tend to be more watery. I slightly freeze the berries so that the drink stays cold—perfect for hot weather! Lemon juice is essential to enhance the flavor. The drink is ready to serve.

Wash and dry the berries, cut them, and place in the freezer for 30 minutes to chill. Put the frozen strawberries, ice cream, powdered sugar, and lemon juice into the blender container.
