Strawberry pie simple recipe

Delicious baked treat for the whole family. I want to share with you a very simple recipe. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Instructions

   Beat all the yolks with sugar.

   Add the softened butter and mix.

   Beat the egg whites into a stiff foam and gently fold into the yolks.

   Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually add it to the mixture.

   Grease the pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.

   Pour the batter into the pan, then place the strawberries on top.

   Bake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes.
