Prepare all the ingredients. You can make the shortcrust pastry the day before and store it in the freezer. To make the dough, place 70 grams of sugar, one egg, one teaspoon of baking powder, 125 grams of cold butter, and 1.5 cups of flour into a blender bowl. Pulse several times until combined—your dough is ready. At any moment, you can take the dough from the freezer and quickly prepare a delicious pie. Alternatively, you can buy ready-made shortcrust pastry at the store.

Next, prepare the filling for the pie. Break two chicken eggs into a deep bowl, add sour cream.

Next, add sugar, vanilla sugar, and cornstarch to the sour cream.
