Strawberry ice
Description
If the strawberries are sweet, you can reduce the amount of sugar to your taste. Lemon zest and juice add a touch of piquancy to the strawberry ice, without overpowering the main flavor. For a more delicate aroma, you can substitute lime for lemon.
