
Strawberry smoothie

The recipe won't take much time. In summer, you always want something cold and delicious, especially with "strawberries" ))) So we decided to add a strawberry milkshake recipe to the "Non-alcoholic Drinks" section. It's extremely simple and very quick! Here's what you'll need: 1) Strawberries (300g) 2) Sugar (to taste) 3) Ice cream (~250g) 4) Milk (~500ml) Actually, everything is done by eye. You can use more strawberries and less ice cream. We decided to use strawberries preserved in their own juice (to give the milkshake a richer flavor). For this, they were previously cleaned of all green parts and sprinkled with sugar. They sat like this for about an hour. Next, take a suitable-sized saucepan and place the strawberries in it. Grab a blender and blend everything into a smooth puree. Add the ice cream (if you want it sweeter and thicker—don't be stingy!). Blend again thoroughly. Now pour in the milk and—attention—switch the blender attachment to a whisk. Blend heartily once more until bubbles form. Try to get as many bubbles as possible. That's it! 5 minutes of preparation. It gets drunk much faster. You can experiment with other berries and fruits... And now it's ready to serve.
