Strawberry jam for winter
Description
A simple preservation recipe. We'll make strawberry jam for winter at home. Sort through and wash the strawberries. Then pour them into a saucepan, adding apple juice and the juice of half a lemon. Cook the jam over high heat for about 30 minutes, stirring and skimming off the foam. At the end, add agar-agar dissolved in water. Pour the finished jam into sterilized jars and seal them with lids. Turn the jars upside down until completely cool, then store the jam in a cool, dark place. Good luck
