
Strawberry trifles with cottage cheese cream
Description
Desserts in cups always turn out very gentle and delicious. You can use plain berries, but I prefer making a berry filling so that the berries undergo heat treatment. This makes it less likely for them to become sour when combined with cream.

Step 1

Crumble the sponge cake into crumbs.

Slice the strawberries, add sugar and starch. Mix and place over heat. Heat until the mixture thickens slightly.

Rub the cottage cheese with sour cream. Separately, whip the cream with powdered sugar. Then mix both masses together.

Place a small amount of the cooled berry filling at the bottom of each cup.

Then add a layer of biscuit crumbs and a layer of cream. Repeat all three layers once more. Let the finished dessert chill in the refrigerator for a while to soak and cool.
