Strawberry candies
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The most important thing about making these candies is that you know exactly what ingredients are used, and you can control the entire process, allowing you to treat even children to a delicious dessert! Choose strawberries that aren't too juicy, so the candies don't get soggy. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Instead of waffle cakes, you can use regular sweet waffles, but then you need to exclude sugar from the ingredient list.
- 2
Step 2

Break the waffle biscuits into pieces, preferably small ones, and place them in the grinder bowl.
- 3
Step 3

Pulse for 2-4 minutes until crumbly, using the pulse mode.
- 4
Step 4

Pour the crumbled wafers into a deep plate and add sour cream of any fat content and sugar. Mix thoroughly.
- 5
Step 5

Shape small balls from the waffle batter and slightly flatten them. Rinse the strawberries and remove the stems. Dry the berries with paper towels; otherwise, the waffle batter won't stick to wet berries. Place a berry in the center of each piece.
- 6
Step 6

Carefully wrap the mixture around the berry so that it is enclosed inside, then roll it in cocoa powder.
- 7
Step 7

Serve the candies with tea or cappuccino. If desired, they can be chilled before serving.
