Description

A preservation recipe without unnecessary complications. For making jam, it is best to use a berry-to-sugar ratio of 1:1. This way the sugar cooks down into syrup and thereby thickens the jam. But if the berries are sweet, you can reduce the amount of sugar. Store in a cool, dark place.
