Cranberry juice

Description

The method of preparing cranberry juice is similar to making cranberry morse. So, for those who already make morse, nothing new here. The juice turns out more watery. I prefer this juice more sour, so I add only 200 grams of sugar, although sometimes I'm criticized for that. Therefore, you can add more sugar, or adjust according to your taste. Serve chilled.

    Take cranberries, wash them, remove the stems, and add to a food processor for grinding, or use a blender.

    Make a puree from the berries.

    Squeeze the juice from the berries into a separate container. It's better to strain it through several layers of gauze.

    Cover the juice with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator.

    Make a syrup from water and sugar, add the leftover pulp from pressing, and cook over medium heat for about 7 minutes. Then remove from heat, let the mixture cool, strain it, and add the juice. Ready!
