
Cranberry Vodka
Description
Many have tried making infusions at home, but not all attempts were successful. Here is a foolproof recipe for cranberry vodka that will become a favorite cocktail ingredient and a winter tonic. Serve chilled.

Peel the oranges and cut the peel into thin strips 4-5 cm long.

Place the chopped citrus peels into a jar with a tight-fitting lid, pour in vodka, and seal the jar tightly. Let it infuse in a cabinet for 1 week.

Place berries, sugar, and vanilla in a medium saucepan, add a glass of water, and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the berries burst. This usually takes 5–6 minutes.

Let the cranberries cool, transfer the mixture to a sterile jar with a tight-fitting lid, and leave it in the cupboard for 1 week.

After a week, strain both components through a fine sieve or cloth, mix them in a clean, dry bottle, and close with a lid. Your fabulous cranberry vodka is ready!
