Description

The recipe won't take much time. Cranberries in chocolate can perfectly replace regular candies, and they are much healthier. You can use frozen cranberries—thaw them completely and let the moisture dry on a paper towel. Use high-quality chocolate, not milk chocolate or confectionery coating. If using dark chocolate, add powdered sugar to taste to the melted chocolate and mix until smooth. You can skip the butter, but adding it makes the chocolate easier to melt without overheating. Serve chilled.
