The recipe won't take much time. Nothing is easier than preparing delicious Italian potato "gnocchi," exactly like in Italy. Follow the step-by-step recipe and enjoy cooking— and to make it truly Italian, serve with pesto and Parmesan. However, they will be just as tasty with sour cream or butter. Serve hot.
