
Eggless dumplings
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Dumplings can be added to soup or eaten as a separate dish. They go well with meat, various sauces, vegetables, and salads. Dumplings can be made from potatoes, flour, cheese, or semolina. In some countries, they are prepared with different fillings, such as mushrooms, herbs, or meat. Serve hot.

1. Cut the bread slices into pieces. Peel the garlic and fry it in a pan with two tablespoons of sunflower oil, then remove the garlic and fry the bread pieces until golden brown.

2. Boil the semolina and set it aside to cool. Peel and wash the potatoes, grate them on a grater, and squeeze the juice into a glass. Mix the semolina with the potatoes, add salt and stir. Add flour to the dough, mix well, and obtain a thick dough.

3. Wash the green onions and dry with a paper towel, chop and add to the semolina and flour mixture.

4. Form the dumplings and place a crouton inside each one. Boil the dumplings for several minutes with bay leaf, black pepper, and a mixture of 1.5 liters of water and potato juice. As soon as the dumplings float to the surface, immediately remove them.

5. Peel and wash the onion, slice into half-rings, and fry in a pan with sunflower oil. Then pour in the soy sauce and simmer for a couple more minutes.

6. Serve the ready dumplings with fried onion, green onion, and bell pepper.
