Classic pork pilaf recipe
Description
It is believed that authentic plov can only be made using lamb and no other meat. However, a classic pork plov recipe is also a very tasty and aromatic dish. Since pork, like lamb, is a fatty meat, the resulting plov turns out excellent. Let's see how to prepare it. I use a multicooker to make plov, but before I had one, I cooked it in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
