Classic clafoutis with cherries
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Clafoutis is often referred to as a pie, although it's more similar to a pudding or a thick pancake with filling. The choice of fillings can be very broad: from berries or fruits to vegetables, for example, zucchini... Try it, experiment. You can add a couple of pinches of cinnamon to the pie; it goes perfectly with cherries. Let me show you in more detail. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
