Description

The baking is simple and quick. This tart is very easy to prepare at home. Essentially, this French dessert is something between a fluffy omelet and a cake, but I prefer to call it a tart, so that's what I call it. Be sure to try it! Besides plums and peaches, it also turns out delicious with cherries. Let the dessert cool slightly before serving. You can serve it with ice cream or whipped cream. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

    1. Wash the plums and peaches. Then dry them, remove the pits, and slice them thinly. Arrange the slices neatly on the bottom of the pan.

    2. Now let's prepare a simple dough. Using a whisk, blender, or mixer, beat the eggs with sugar into a fluffy mixture, then add milk and melted butter. Only then gradually add the flour. Knead until smooth, then pour this batter over the fruit.
