
Cherry clafoutis in a multicooker
Description
Cherry clafoutis can be made not only in the oven but also in a multicooker. The process takes a little longer, but the result is just as good. Be sure to try it. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Sprinkle the cherries with sugar and leave them while you prepare the dough.

In a bowl, combine the eggs and sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.

Add milk, a pinch of salt, and whisk again.

Beat with a mixer until smooth.

Grease the multicooker bowl with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and arrange the cherries. Drain off any juice that has collected beforehand.
