
Peach Clafoutis
Description
Homemade baking for tea. A colorful and very juicy pie is sure to please all your family and friends, especially if you serve it with a cup of cappuccino, latte, or another drink. Clafoutis is a crispy golden crust and a tender, juicy center with fruit in syrup. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the listed ingredients.

Crack the chicken eggs into a deep bowl or pour in milk of any fat content instead. Add 2 tbsp of granulated sugar and whisk thoroughly.

Add the flour and baking powder, then beat again so that no lumps form.

Grease the pan with butter. It can be replaced with margarine, but not with a spread.

Rinse the peaches to remove the fuzzy layer on the surface, cut them in half, and remove the pits. Slice them and place them in a baking dish.

Sprinkle in the remaining granulated sugar, distributing it evenly over the sliced pieces.

Pour the sliced fruit with the prepared batter. Preheat the oven and place the pan with the mixture inside. Bake for about 35–40 minutes at 180 degrees.
