
Clafouti with strawberries
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Clafoutis can be made with almost any fruit, but it's especially delicious with berries, particularly cherries or strawberries. Meanwhile, preparing clafoutis is quite simple and quick. Just mix all the ingredients with a hand whisk and bake. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.

Prepare the ingredients.

Sift the flour and mix it with the dry ingredients.

Whisk the liquid batter well and quickly. Let it sit for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
