
Clafouti with banana
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The specified amount of ingredients is enough for 6 molds. It's better not to fill the molds to the very top, as the mixture expands significantly during baking and may overflow. After removing from the oven, the clafoutis will settle. The dessert is best served slightly warm. Serve chilled.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Melt 30 grams of butter over medium heat. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar. Mix well.

Slice the bananas into 0.5 cm thick pieces.
