    2. My pan has a diameter of 22 cm. Roll out the dough thinly, about 0.5 cm thick, place it into the pan, forming high edges. Prick with a fork and bake in a preheated oven (210°C) for 10 minutes.

    3. Make the topping from sour cream, eggs, sugar, and flour. Simply combine these ingredients and whisk well until the mixture becomes smooth and lump-free. You can add a few drops of vanilla extract.

If using raspberries from the market, it's better to sort and rinse them, then let them drain thoroughly to remove excess moisture. Spread the raspberries evenly over the cooled batter.
