Description

Homemade baked treat for tea. Clafoutis is made with ingredients such as flour, nutmeg, eggs, milk, and shrimp. The clafoutis is fluffy and very delicious.

    1. Sift the flour for the batter and mix with baking soda. Lightly beat the eggs and milk in a separate container, then add and season with nutmeg, pepper, and salt. While continuously whisking with a fork, gradually pour this mixture into the flour to form a smooth, liquid batter. Let the batter rest for thirty minutes. We recommend using a blender to prepare the batter.

    2. Peel the shrimp, make a cut along the back of each shrimp, and use the tip of a knife to remove the intestinal tract (the black vein). Melt butter in a skillet, add the shrimp, and sauté for no more than three minutes, stirring. Finely chop the garlic, add it to the shrimp, and cook for about one more minute. The shrimp will turn pink. Add chopped parsley to the shrimp.

    3. Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly, cut into large pieces, add to the shrimp, and fry for another 2 minutes.
